研究紹介

理学療法士養成校（金沢大学医学部保健学科）の卒業研究で姿勢制御の研究に関わってから、一貫して姿勢制御の研究を行ってきました。愛知県内の小児施設に理学療法士として勤務後に金沢大学大学院医学系研究科博士課程で博士（医学）を取得しました。現在は、「脳性麻痺児・者の姿勢制御様式」です。脳性麻痺児・者のバランス能力の低下の様相を、有効支持基底面（立位を保持した状態で身体を傾斜させ、足を踏み出さずに姿勢を保持できる範囲）や補償的姿勢制御（床の移動といった姿勢外乱に対する姿勢制御様式）、予測的姿勢制御（随意運動によって生じる姿勢とバランスの乱れを補償する姿勢制御様式）の面から検討しています。その他にも、健常者の姿勢制御様式や、足関節捻挫といった整形外科疾患患者や高齢者の姿勢制御様式も研究しています。今後は姿勢制御だけでなく、歩行にも着目した研究を行っていく予定です。
